I am a licensed professional counselor of mental health (LPCMH) providing individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults as well as family counseling. I maintain a private practice in Wilmington, DE.
In 2009, I graduated from Wilmington University with my Masters of Community Counseling and I have approximately seven years experience in counseling. My specialties are working with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and children/adolescents, but I am well versed in many areas.
I use a client centered approach in working collaboratively with my clients to develop goals that we can work towards together. I utilize various techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and "homework" to personalize each session to the individual. As a non judgmental and compassionate counselor, I support my clients in their achievement of the treatment goals.
